Today we feel lie above us, the cloud of a duty which at times becomes overwhelming, and no real motivation to become European final.

What does it mean to be European?
means being part of a continental reality dominated by technology, economic and religious from the idea (and increasingly anachronistic mystified) by a few more next year (and ever present) progress.
