It 's true that using the word "intellectual" is inherently unfair and intellectually dishonest.
L 'origin of the use of this term is found in the Enlightenment, when you thought it was plausible that there is a character that as a profession had to deal with social problems, political, and that while they would begin to write novels or treated.
Inventing fantasy stories, or philosophical process large buildings, how to deal with criticism of the works, or destroy and bring down those same philosophical constructions of the above, it has nothing to do with the interests of the problems that have a social nature.

E 'but that certainly is much more appropriate to deal with letters, because from the very beginning we know that will never be anything other than words, and then only through the analysis of that instrument and its inherent falsehood you can come to an opinion shiny (maybe even the "world", then you have to understand what is still good).
It is as if the '"intellectual" just because "knowing grammar" we can deal with some matters that are not really of any jurisdiction (except for crazy people).
This is no coincidence! yeah, why are the men of letters and thought of the leading experts in the arts of narrative and argument, so the only ones who can give a voice that is worthy of that claim "Seriousness" required in certain fields. And but dealing with crap. As if overnight, we did believe an entire nation to live within the "Great Gatsby" or "Betrothed."
The reality we live in is obviously a fictitious reality, a story (not to mention the story itself).

How sad to see that there are still groups who after publishing their novels or their philosophical writings are in parliament to contribute to the production of quell'accozzaglia of nonsense that the Italians drink it as they were the elixir of life.

The problem is that if this category is to survive, and literally forced to serve the state by helping in the ornamentation of all the crap that cover the walls.
Same goes for artists that make the job of restorers, namely the workers.
Certainly with regard to the "intellectual" however, is worse off, and highly disturbing, because you have to believe to believe in an inordinate number of stories (for more mundane) than have reason to be, and which help to lower the quality of life.

to concern itself with matters relating to the paper, that those who believe in the real world enough to mark the ranks of commentators / puppets, always an inspiration to so many wonderful new stories to tell.
